Most of the Ford Motors Co. cars fall under one vehicle recall, which covers 92,000 Taurus, Flex, Police Interceptor, Lincoln MKS, and Lincoln MKT models from 2013 and 2014, as well as Ford Edges from 2012-2014, and model year 2014 Lincoln MKX’s. Mad Cow Food Recall for Beef after Noting Possible Mad Cow Disease The US Department of Agriculture has announced a large food recall for beef products that have been distributed to two restaurants and a grocery chain. Wal-Mart Pulls Enfamil Formula After Infant Death

South Carolina Defective Product Attorneys Wal-Mart has pulled a powdered infant formula from more than 3,000 of its stores nationwide after a 10-day-old Missouri boy who was fed the formula died from what preliminary tests indicate was a rare bacterial infection, the retailer said. Newborn Avery Cornett died Sunday of an uncommon infection that is sometimes linked to bacteria found in the commercial formula, reports said. Black & Decker Settles for $960,000

The Maryland based Power Tool Company Black & Decker said they will pay $960,000 to settle a claim that it did not report a defective weed trimmer. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulators say Black & Decker "knowingly failed to report several safety defects and hazards and withheld information, relating to its Grasshog XP product.  The agency said this occured while they were investigating reports of the injury. 158 people were injured between 2005 and 2009.
