Sprouts Face Food Recall Due to E. Coli Contamination On Wednesday, May 21st, health officials in both Idaho and Washington announced that a recent outbreak of e. The Maryland based Power Tool Company Black & Decker said they will pay $960,000 to settle a claim that it did not report a defective weed trimmer. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulators say Black & Decker "knowingly failed to report several safety defects and hazards and withheld information, relating to its Grasshog XP product.
