Honda’s Vehicle Recall Covers Thousands of Cars that Feature Takata Airbags Honda Motor Corp. has issued a vehicle recall covering 63,200 cars due to a defect in the driver’s side airbag, which is manufactured by Takata. Takata’s airbags have led to numerous vehicle recalls recently, covering over 16 million cars worldwide. Army Reservist Pulls Newberry Deputy from Burning Car
WISTV reported that an Army reservist rescued a Newberry county deputy from a burning car in Silversteet on Wednesday. According to the report, the accident occurred at approximately 8:15 am when the deputy was patrolling near Highway 34 and 121. Something caused the deputy’s car to run off the road. He hit a tree, and the impact caused a fire. Lucky for the deputy, an Army reservist was driving by and saw the car in flames.
