Two Weight Loss Supplements Under Drug Recall Due to Undeclared Pharmaceuticals Supplement manufacturer Bethel Nutritional Consulting has issued a voluntary drug recall for two weight loss pharmaceuticals after the FDA informed the company about undeclared pharmaceuticals.
