Sam’s Club Issues Food Recall for Tyson Chicken Nuggets After Consumers Find Plastic Pieces Tyson Foods has issued a food recall for more than 75,000 pounds of frozen, white meat chicken nuggets sold at Sam’s Clubs across the country after consumers reported finding pieces of plastic. According to consumer complaints, several consumers reported to Tyson that they found small pieces of plastic in the chicken nuggets, which caused some minor oral injuries.
