Sam’s Club Issues Food Recall for Tyson Chicken Nuggets After Consumers Find Plastic Pieces Tyson Foods has issued a food recall for more than 75,000 pounds of frozen, white meat chicken nuggets sold at Sam’s Clubs across the country after consumers reported finding pieces of plastic.
