Subaru Issues Vehicle Recall for Just 30 Vehicles

Is This the Smallest Vehicle Recall in History? Subaru noticed two defects in a handful of their cars, and they have decided, for consumer safety, to issue vehicle recall notices. The first vehicle recall is due to defective moonroof glass in just 14 model year 2011 Outback and Legacy vehicles. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the moonroof glass can detach and fall, because an inadequate amount of adhesive was used, and the adhesive was not positioned effectively. Medical Manufacturer Faces Thousands of Personal Injury Lawsuits, Recalls Another Model of All-Metal Hip Replacement Device Johnson & Johnson, and their subsidiary DePuy Orthopedics, faces thousands of personal injury lawsuits against their all-metal hip replacement devices in the United States alone.
