Is This the Smallest Vehicle Recall in History? Subaru noticed two defects in a handful of their cars, and they have decided, for consumer safety, to issue vehicle recall notices. The first vehicle recall is due to defective moonroof glass in just 14 model year 2011 Outback and Legacy vehicles.
