Why Fix a Flat is only intended for tires.
A transgendered South Florida woman who calls herself, “The Duchess” has been arrested and charged with practicing medicine without a license causing serious bodily harm. Oneal Ron Morris allegedly injected patients with tire sealant among other ingredients during a “procedure” to enhance her victims’ appearance.
Police are now saying that at least 30 people have come forward with claims regarding procedures allegedly conducted by Morris.
According to the Miami Herald, Morris and her partner, Corey Eubanks, 40, are now facing felony charges. Two South Florida women nearly died from these injections.
More victims are coming forward after recognizing Oneal, who injected herself with this lethal concoction, from news reports.

One of the victims, Shaquanda Brown of North Miami, said she had to be hospitalized for over a month and suffered severe illness. According to reports, she found out about Morris through friends. She was initially quoted a price of $1,000 by Eubanks. She negotiated the pair down to $700 for a 12 injection series. She was unable to finish the treatments because they were extremely painful.
Brown recalls during her first procedure she saw a tube of Super Glue, a black hose, and a syringe. She asked Morris about what she saw, but Morris told her to lie down. The procedure was done on a massage table at Eubanks’ home in Miami Gardens.
The Miami Herald stated that Ms. Brown had to be admitted to Tampa hospital where she stayed for over a month. She sought treatment for multiple abscesses and also contracted a staph infection.
Another victim, Rajee Narinesingh, has also come forward with a similar story. She blames Morris for making her a “monster” after she received several procedures in 2005. Narinesingh is also a transgendered woman. Narinesingh went to Morris wanting fuller lips, cheeks, and chin. She could not afford an operation from a licensed plastic surgeon.
The cocktail of injections caused Narinesingh lumps in cheeks, a misshapen chin, and massive upper lip. A real plastic surgeon later had to repair Narinesingh’s face.
As of now only two cases are confirmed. Investigators believe word of Morris and Eubanks was spread through the transgendered community. Police think there are more victims out there, who are too ashamed to come forward.
Morris and Eubanks are facing two felony counts of practicing medicine without a license. Both have pleaded not guilty and are out on bond. More charges could appear in the future.
